Head Coach & Founder Cassia has been on the journey herself, and within three years of progress and trial and error, she discovered the joy in movement and a passion for fitness that she wanted to guide others towards.
She struggled with issues around food and body image, mental health, and bullying, so she wanted to create a new form of coaching, a safe space for those who want someone to relate to.
She’s walked in your shoes and knows the way through the darkness toward a better, healthier life.

Start to Finish
During her 3-year journey, Cassia couldn’t believe the positive impact fitness and mindfulness were having on her life.
Within that realisation, she decided she wanted to dedicate her life to helping others achieve the same. She set about becoming a qualified personal trainer and starting her own coaching business, which has evolved over the years to become more of a movement.
A movement for change, for better, for joy, for acceptance of oneself at all stages, in all forms, in the pursuit of your dreams. This is how 444 Coaching was born.

Alongside our amazing team of Coaches, we have two specialists who provide weekly seminars, community support and initiatives to support you on your journey.
Lessons in how to start or improve your long-distance running from incredible marathon runner & Coach Fin. Mental Fitness workshops and education from Charlie our Mental Fitness lead provide you with the tools to explore and excel in the mental elements of your journey aswell as performance.
We hope to provide a safe space in which each client is given the best opportunity to transform into their ideal self.

Frequently asked Questions
How much does your coaching cost?
All clients receive a bespoke and tailored service from our collective of coaches and specialists at 444. So as a client, we want to make sure that you are ready to invest in yourself to reach your goals. The price for coaching depends on your specific goals and will be discussed on your initial consultation call. Please note all bespoke coaching plans require a minimum commitment of 4 months.
What Should I Expect From Online Coaching?
Once you join 444 coaching, you will be assigned to one of our industry-leading coaches. They will create a training plan tailored to your chosen pathway, individual needs, goals, and lifestyle. You will be given tailored nutrition coaching, macronutrient targets, access to our in-app nutrition tracker, and hundreds of our in-app recipes.
You will receive a weekly, thorough, and personalised check-in from your coach, allowing us to assess your weekly data, discuss your wins, set intentions for the week, and make any plan amendments.
However, 444 is so much more than just coaching. Our pathway specialists offer workshops to support you on your journey, community groups, running-focused groups, weekly in-app challenges, and a collective of coaches who are ready to support you.
As a team, we foster very personal relationships with our community and pride ourselves on maintaining a safe space to ensure that we can help you flourish both mentally and physically, regardless of your background or goals.
How Is Payment Taken? Is Payment Upfront Or A Monthly Subscription?
When you sign up you are agreeing to a monthly subscription, this means your payment will be deducted automatically every 4 weeks. Payment is collected through stripe, a highly secure and safe payment system that most well-known companies and retailers use. As this is a monthly subscription, you must have a valid debit card to set yourself up, you can also use Apple and Google Pay at the checkout.
